Although this is not the closest Mercedes dealer service center to my home, I have used them exclusively for all 4 of my MB vehicles. Why? From the ease of scheduling at an appointment at a time that works within my schedule to the provision of a service loaner, to a full explanation of what service my vehicle requires, and prompt resolution of any issue, maintaining my vehicle is always convenient and without surprises. Special recognition goes to Mr. Anthony Colantonio. His presence in the service department over the years has been the foundation of my continuing confidence in this facility. His integrity and focus on customer satisfaction is refreshingly consistent, especially in consideration of my experience with other Mercedes service facilities in this region. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington as a premier MB service facility. More
The lease for my 2009 328i BMW was to term on 4/30, so I thought I would start preparing for that time. My agenda was to become educated and compare the various luxury autos and make a decision in time to r thought I would start preparing for that time. I walked into the dealership with my Mom and started to browse the cars on the showroom floor. I was impressed with the general appearance, however, I already decided I wasn't going to purchase a Mercedes. I was approached by Chip Sunstein, who began to demonstrate the safety features of the C300. After conversing with Chip and stating that I wasn't interesting in purchasing a car today, that I was more or less 'fact finding'. He suggested I take it for a drive and I reluctantly agreed. Not only was impressed with the car, I was extremely impressed with Chip's sales approach. He wasn't the 'typical aggressive salesman', which was very much appreciated. After the beautiful drive, we returned to his office and discussed what needs to be in my next car. I absolutely LOVED my BMW and to my surprise, I was stunned by the way the Mercedes hugged the road and how smooth the ride was. After much conversation, Chip took my information to Anthony Garone to show me some numbers. After agreeing to a deal I was satisfied with, Eddy, the General Sales Manager congratulated me. Starting with Chip to Anthony to Eddy and ending the dreading signing of the contract with Carla, EVERYONE at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington was an absolute delight to work with and I HIGHLY recommend Chip and this dealership. On one occasion I was vexed by a difficult electrical problem. Tony stuck with me all the way until the situation was resolved. Most recently, I worked with Orville Coxen as the Sales Associate. He has worked for the dealership for many years and is quite experienced in his role. He is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with him. There is plenty of evidence to indicate that this is a successful dealership. More

Recently , we had a rusting problem involving the doors of our 2002 Mercedes 320. This problem was occasioned by a glitch , if you will , in the manaufactuering process of certain models , including ours . The dealership paid for 75 % of the extensive repair work necessary and Mercedes corporate covered the remaing 25%. Given that our car is ten years old , it could argued successfully that they had no obligation to assume responsibility for this problem.The car looks terrific and when we picked it up following the repair work the car waseven detailed for us .We are very gratefulfor and appreciative of this positve outcome and will buy our next Mercedes only from this dealership. And although the customer serviceextended to us was second to none, the fact that the BMW dealership where we leased our previous vehicles couldn't come close to offering the exceptional pricing we got at Ft Washington, was pure "icing on the cake". This is the sixth car I have purchased from this dealership in the last several years. Each and every experience has been a pleasant one. I go through cars about every two years and have three drivers in the household, so you can see that I purchase cars often. I am not a big fan of "car salesmen", however, Frank and Quinten are an exception to the rule. I have refered numerous family, friends and co-workers to Frank all of which have purchased from him. Quinten provides a thorough and informative delivery of the vehicle and sets up the electronics to your prefernce prior to your departure, so there is no guessing when you leave. Carla and Megan make the paperwork effortless and explain warranty coverage and financing in the easiest terms so all can understand. Service has been a good experience as well. John, my service advisor, gets the appointments set in a relatively short time. Should anything come up, he is on the phone to give a heads up prior to any additional work needing to be done for my approval. As long as you are comparing "apples to apples" Ft. Washington will give you the best price. More
We drove from Marlton, NJ to meet with Chip after several phone calls regarding the E350 4matic. It was not an easy decision to purchase a new car when I did. I did reasearch several dealerships and makes and models (Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Lexus, and of course Mercedes), in order to make my final decision. I found Mercedes Benz Fort Washington to embody what Mercedes stands for, quality, service, reliability and customer satisfaction. Like they say in German "Das beste oder nichts"! I am totally satified with the whole process. Chip explained and answered all the questions I had regarding my new E350 4Matic and patiently made my wife and I feel confortable and confient in the purchase of our new auto. When questions were at hand you provided answers that expressed a complete understanding of the 2012 E350 (and other models which eventually I did not acquire). During our negotiations, you and your associates made the decision to acquire the E350 from your dealership quite easy. Not only did you “work” on my behalf to secure the best pricing, but your guidance on the actual model and optional equipment was extremely valuable. At the time I actually took possession of the E350, again, you and your associates were of great assistance to explain in detail and with patience, the operation of the vehicle and all of the accessories. As a person new to the navigation and voice-activated systems, you provided a comprehensive review of those elements, and many others that Mercedes has embedded in their vehicles.
