The cleaness of the vehicle was the Pitts. When it comes to washing your vehicle, the service SUCKS. I received my vehicle with the right rear rim dirty. The vehicle had water spots where the vehicle was not wiped dry. One of their competitors give gives your vehicle a showroom clean after it has been serviced. Not Fort Washington. I took my vehicle home and washed it myself. So do not expect much when it comes to cleaning your vehicle. I have bought three (3) new cars from Fort Washington in the past. My next car may have to be from one of their competitors. More

2nd time service for the same problem and still not fixed. Service was excellent. Christina was awesome! Come back for the same problem 2nd time and have to pay every time.
