Throw Caution To The Wind This was my first time shopping for a higher end vehicle and it truly makes a difference stepping up in the level of customer service you receive. Yo This was my first time shopping for a higher end vehicle and it truly makes a difference stepping up in the level of customer service you receive. You no longer experience the caricature version of sleezy car salesman trying to scam you. Instead, as a successful 31 year old I received not only the respect one would expect, but with Paul I felt a sense of fatherly love and encouragement, which is something I lack in my life. He instantly made me feel like I belonged and deserved to be where I was. I know absolutely nothing about cars, their classes and the luxurious amenities that you find in the Mercedes Benz. He carefully and patiently took the time to not only explain every little button that clicked and swiped, but did it in a relatable way with humor and charm. Paul also took the time to get to know me as a person and my business. He took a personal interest and proudly introduced me to the rest of the team, and they all treated me with the same level of warmth and interest. I could not have felt more at home with my new Mercedes Benz "family", which is exactly what Paul refered to when going far out of the way to accommodate my needs. I have a very demanding schedule and almost ran the risk of loosing the model I fell in love with. So to ensure that I received everything I wanted Paul drove 45 minutes out of his way to my work place to bring me the documents to secure it. He even offered to bring me the vehicle as well but then he noticed a small chip in the windshield and set out to replace it for me. I didn't notice it and probably wouldn't have for awhile. He could have very easily sold it to me as is, but he possesses the integrity to do right by the customer.
