Best Dealer in Town I came to Mercedes on a Monday with hopes for a used car. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. It was a pretty fast process (as fast as car I came to Mercedes on a Monday with hopes for a used car. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. It was a pretty fast process (as fast as car buying can be). I traded my old car in and they gave me a fair price (almost triple of what Carmax across the street offered me). Even though I didn't buy a Mercedes i ended up buyin a Prius everyone was really friendly and worked with my budget and credit. I had only gone to Honda North before this dealer and the people were unbelieveably rude. Front desk girl was so nice I am looking forward to seeing her when I get my car washed. The finance guy (very tall) was awesome, explained everything I was signing and got me an awesome deal on a great warranty. I went home that night very happy knowing I got the best deal in town for that car. Mercedes of Fresno made buying my car fun and painless, I am looking forward to buying many cars though them. 10 out of 10. More
