Really The Best Was interested in getting a Certified MBZ for the wife, so we took a drive down from Visalia just to browse. Upon getting to the dealership, we were greeted by Etin who did nothing but educate in why we should purchase a MBZ, regardless from where. We left for lunch and decided to purchase the next day from Etin because of how he treated us. Will buy/recommend MB of Fresno 10/10! More

The most amazing customer service I have ever received I was looking to buy a CPO ML350 for a long time, but wasn't getting a deal good enough to get one. Then I came across a 2013 CPO ML 350 at MB of Fres I was looking to buy a CPO ML350 for a long time, but wasn't getting a deal good enough to get one. Then I came across a 2013 CPO ML 350 at MB of Fresno and made an initial offer. Honestly, I don't think it was fair enough looking at the vehicle condition and KBB price, but to my surprise one of the SUPERSTAR on MB Fresno's team, did everything in his power to work out the deal for me. The name of the Superstar is ETIN OMWANGHE ... He was very courteous and extremely helpful. If I ever have to purchase another vehicle, I would want my sales guy to be Etin. Simply the best person I have ever dealt with. More
