Satisfied Customer!!! My wife and I had been looking at a lot of different models of SUVs. We had always thought that a Mercedes would be out of our price range, but on a w My wife and I had been looking at a lot of different models of SUVs. We had always thought that a Mercedes would be out of our price range, but on a whim we stopped in anyway. Etin greeted us on the lot in a very casual and inviting way and introduced us to a GL450 and we were thoroughly impressed. After sleeping on it, we came in to let my wife take a test drive and Etin showed us a ML350 that had just become available. We really felt Etin had our best interests in mind and even though we liked the size of the GL450, we couldn't pass up value, looks and ride of the ML350. Etin was the best salesperson I have encountered while purchasing a car...a class act. Also, Eric was very patient and helpful with us while going over the financing and warranty options. Our heads were spinning from the thought of owning such a beautiful car so we were a little out of it and he led us through the process. More

Adrian attempted on 2 different days to pair my phone with the Bluetooth but it seems I now need to get an updated phone to go with my updated car. I did appreciate his efforts though. Even though I was not spending a ton of money on my car I felt as if I was given the same attention and service as every customer there. When we arrived, the vehicle was nowhere to be found. A very nice young man (Adrian) helped us find a similar model and year that we quickly fell in love with. We purchased this vehicle that evening, trading in our car in the process. I'll cut to the chase, the vehicle stalled on us three times in the first three days and spent the next two days in service. If the story ended here, this would be a negative review. MBO Fresno and Adrian welcomed us back within our 5 day purchase period and found similar vehicle for us, with additional features, that they did an even swap for and we couldn't be more ecstatic with our new "certified pre-owned" car. They truly "righted" what could have been a negative situation and Adrian was very attentive to our situation throughout the process. We will definitely be back! More
