My wife and I have been looking for a specific Benz with particular features. We met our sales consultant, Etin, and immediately told him that we werent going to purchase anything today. In response, Etin said that he would rather spend hours educating us about the great Mercedes-Benz brand. And that he did! We watched videos in his office and then went on detailed test drives, expressing those specific features. We ended up buying our first Benz from Etin the following morning!
