I'm not an evil/hateful/grudgy or grudgefull person. Coming from a successful sales history myself, I am a fair leader and hope that no one has had even one of the MULTIPLE negative experiences I've had at this business: #1 2011- Salesman ran my credit and I didn't qualify, no problem with that but check out his actions: I was inquiring about a Mercedes Benz E550 and he said "you can not get that vehicle but you can get a different car." "Take these chips so you can leave with something" he had just came back from lunch with a sandwich and chips and he handed me his bag of chips. Unprofessional. #2 2013- While renovation was done on the building I ordered a 2014 slk 55 amg. I was told the vehicle would be here October 2013. October came around and I was told it was coming in November. November 2013 came around and I was told 2nd week of December was the ETA. Adam the new manager asked if i wanted to test drive a different year same model vehicle and i accepted. I waited outside 30 minutes with my girlfriend then I headed in the building and Adam apologized but had no urgency to grab the keys nor offer to drive the car. Unprofessional. #3 2013- The 2014 slk 55 amg finally came in and during negotiations David Coquillete raised his voice and gave me a lecture in front of my father and friend and the Mercedes-Benz staff. Finance was ready to go but needless to say the vehicle was not purchased, and now that I think of it I am glad I did not give my hard earned money to a business like this one. More
I contacted Irene Flores, Internet Manager regarding the lease of a 2012 CLS550. I worked with her and her associate, Gino Castillo. Knowing exactly what I needed to achieve a good lease deal, we ultimately lease of a 2012 CLS550. I worked with her and her associate, Gino Castillo. Knowing exactly what I needed to achieve a good lease deal, we ultimately completed the deal. My wife, Karen and I are very pleased with the bottom line. I was there today for over 3 hours today for the service B. I knew it would take less than two hours as I was told when I made the appointment. My wife and I were shopping for a new car when we decided to look at Mercedes. It was a Saturday, casual day for me, so we went to look at the E Class series. Shorts and a tshirt, walked the entire lot looki to look at Mercedes. It was a Saturday, casual day for me, so we went to look at the E Class series. Shorts and a tshirt, walked the entire lot looking, walk in the show and was asked if anyone was helping us. I said no. I was informed somone woule be out shortly. I walked around looking at cars and still no one came out to greet us. I could see a few sales people standing around and asked if someone could help us. Only one guy said sure, are you just looking or are you really gonna buy something. I informed him I wanted to buy something. I seemed not to interested in informing me about the car or did not know about the car. Then he said he has an apointment I would get someone else to take us out on a drive. No one ever came out. Really Horrible Service. I ended up purchasing a BMW 535i for my wife. I would never go back to Fresno Mercedes. More
