I had an appointment on 02/21 at 10:00 am for my GLC 300 SUV 2 years service. I got there 10 minutes before, so had time to drink some coffee. Mr. Christopher called me at 10:00 o’clock sharp, so I left my SUV 2 years service. I got there 10 minutes before, so had time to drink some coffee. Mr. Christopher called me at 10:00 o’clock sharp, so I left my car and got a loaner. Everything was fast and Mr. Christopher (from Fort Lauderdale dealership) was very efficient and friendly as usual. Picked up my car the next day and also was fast and efficient! I was very happy with the service and hope they keep doing it. More

Very disappointed recently had car serviced. Car was ready. First they couldn't find the key. It took them one hour and 37 minutes.to retrieve it. Had to ask multiple times . I went outside and asked the man ask the desk is my car ready it's right over there. I dont know was his answer. I could not locate the service person for awhile . Finally when I did he had a attitude. He said it's was right outside. I answered I know that. Then it had been moved again. Out of sight. They retrieved again. He asked the guy why didn't he bring me the key. No audible answer from him .When service guy handed me back my key no apologies . Just some attitude like it was my fault. More
