When leaving my car for service under the manufacturer’s warranty and also having an extended warranty, I was told I could not get a loaner vehicle because they did not like my insurance company. If I ever have to leave my car to get fixed again I will likely take it somewhere else. More

We have been trying to get a hold of Stephanie and Fabio from the finance department since April of 2022. They never returned our calls. They sold us a Tire and Wheel protection from Auto Nation and advised from the finance department since April of 2022. They never returned our calls. They sold us a Tire and Wheel protection from Auto Nation and advised they would reimburse it if we traded our vehicle. Its been over 7 months since we traded the vehicle and we still have not received the reimbursement. We even went and spoke to Fabio personally (2 hour drive) and he advised it was processed but would take some time. We trusted Auto Nation and they continue to dismiss our concerns, hence do not even return a call. Do not purchase any additional services if you plan on trading in the car. You will loose your money. More
