Overall the dealership is a good dealership when it comes to service. Management has been very nice and helpful. Also, the parts department have been very friendly and helpful. However, some of the service advisors are not as nice or personable, particularly my latest advisor, Filiberto Pena. He did not try to be helpful. He was not nice.
