The sales team we worked with were very obliging and really went the extra mile to make us happy with the car we bought. They actually went so far as to paint over some problem areas and order new floor really went the extra mile to make us happy with the car we bought. They actually went so far as to paint over some problem areas and order new floor mats since none came with the car. They also promised to get me an instruction manual and work on getting the second key from the previous owner (both of which also didn't come with the car... pay attention to that second key, if you wind up needing it and don't have one, a duplicate will cost you upwards of $500). As for the dealership, be prepared to have the transaction take longer that you were expecting; no funny business, just too few people in the finance department and inter-departmental communication less than ideal. That said, we did wander into the dealership toward the end of the day on Friday, so arriving both earlier in the day and earlier in the week should provide a more satisfactory administrative experience. Still, when all was said and done, we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and thoroughly enjoyed our drive home. I'd buy from Mercedes of Ft. Lauderdale again... on a Wednesday at 11am.
