I applaud your team! Professional, demonstrated expertise, patient and made sure that we were both comfortable and satisfied during the entire process. My only recommendation for improvement is to do the entire appraisal process, (of the customers vehicle through the cutting of the check) onsite. Having to wait for a third party to finalize and cut the check creates and unnecessary delay which diminishes the quality of your overall service. More
