This location is always busy with many South Florida Mercedes drivers but they will always take care of every customer. The service department at the Fort Laudedale Mercedes Benz location does not perform to the level of the standards Mercedes’ Benz stands by. The service advisor proved to be unknowledgeable, neglected to Benz location does not perform to the level of the standards Mercedes’ Benz stands by. The service advisor proved to be unknowledgeable, neglected to keep me updated and did not return my calls or texts. Not to mention was not capable of providing a formal proposal for the repairs needed until the invoice was issued. At that time, many errors were made. Repairs, parts and labour indicated; were duplicated and charge twice. The service advisor did not make himself available to review. Only after the repairs were done that I insisted to settle the invoice with the Service Manager at the Fort Laudedale location. After her review and mine, most of these were rectified. I still believe; after consulting with two other Mercedes mechanics, that there were unnecessary repairs done. As a result I had to pay a pricy invoice that amounted to a large deposit for a new vehicle. It was a very disappointing and mostly frustrating experience. One that I cannot put my trust into the service department at Mercedes Benz of Fort Laudedale on South Federal Hwy. More
