Never, and I do mean never, do they get it right. This time I scheduled a replacement part that was recalled. Bring the car in and drop it off only to find out later they do not have the part and it would time I scheduled a replacement part that was recalled. Bring the car in and drop it off only to find out later they do not have the part and it would take them 2 days to get it. First, the appointment was 2 weeks in advance… get your act together and order the part when the appointment is made. Not the first time with this dealership. This is why I oppose AutoNation being allowed to buy all the Mercedes dealerships in the county…. Leads to poor service and high prices. More
