I work for the Ezratti family and have coordinated many purchases on behalf of each of the family members. Many years ago my assignment was to do research on a few different luxury cars that the boss wa purchases on behalf of each of the family members. Many years ago my assignment was to do research on a few different luxury cars that the boss was considering(one being the Mercedes Benz). I contacted the Miami location and the salesperson was not interested in taking the time to answer each of my questions... I then called the Fort Lauderdale MB dealership and spoke with Peter McInnis. He was professional, polite, knowlegeable, and took the time to be certain that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. That's how Peter became our family MB Representative and Salesperson. We have not had a reason to look elsewhere. Peter goes out of his way each and everytime we call whether it's because the boss wants a new car or a current car is having some mechanical problems...either way Peter's attentiveness and personalized service is top-notch! I had recently taken my Mercedes to Mercedes of Fort I had recently taken my Mercedes to Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale to get it serviced with Bruce Kitchens. His friendliness and care made my experie I had recently taken my Mercedes to Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale to get it serviced with Bruce Kitchens. His friendliness and care made my experience with this dealer- ship worth returning to buy another Mercedes. Not only did he Fix the problem that I originally came for but he also took care of another problem that he found while my car was being serviced. This saved me a trip going back to the Dealership.
