My vehicle was finished in just about the time she estimated. I was impressed since at other dealerships I have been given a time and it has taken 2 hours longer. I recently had my vehicle serviced at this Mercedes dealership. The mechanics showed great attention to detail, and the service advisor was friendly and easy to work with. Overall, the experience was fine, professional and straightforward. That said, it didn’t feel like the premium “Mercedes-Benz experience” that one might expect from a luxury brand. After leaving my car there for a few days, it was returned to me without being washed or cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. Small touches like that usually help set luxury dealerships apart, and in this case, it felt more like a standard visit to any local mechanic shop. Nothing major to complain about, but also nothing that truly stood out. Just average. More
