I have been with Mercedes Benz of Georgetown for 21 years and have purchased 3 cars during that time period but service has diminished considerably over the last few years. I own an S-580 even though that sh and have purchased 3 cars during that time period but service has diminished considerably over the last few years. I own an S-580 even though that shouldn’t matter and I have found dirt/grease stains within interior after service. The most recent issue I had is they didn’t initially recognize my appointment and placed me with a service advisor that wasn’t one I requested. I waited with my car a good 10 minutes before I was seen. Even had to wait in waiting area for the loaner car which I’ve never had to do before. Upon picking up my vehicle, the service advisor assigned to me called for my vehicle and it took 15 minutes while I again waited even though my car had been ready since 9:00am that morning and I was there to pick up at 3:00pm. I don’t know if I’ll look at purchasing from Georgetown MB upon looking for another vehicle. More
