Our service rep, Aaron Lee was waiting for us as we arrived at the appointment time, 10 am. He gave me a quick run down on the work to be done. He was very friendly and well spoken. He assured us that the work would be completed by early afternoon. We returned at the appointed time, about 2:15 pm. Aaron said the work was finished and just waiting on finalizing of paperwork. This was a very pleasant experience for our first visit to this dealership. Aaron was very friendly and easy to work with. We will feel good about referring this dealer to our friends/family. The experience was not bad, not excellent either. My windshield was cracked, so I called them to see if I can bring my car in for a repair. I called in to check on them and got an appointment for a Tuesday. I had to move it to another day, so I called in to request a reschedule. They said they would check and call me back. They never called me back, so I had to call in to check. The service itself was quick and fine, but the need for constant call back to check in on things was a bit irritating. More
