Love Jay! He was helpful, great communication and customer oriented. While I have had my car back for only an hour or so, I feel the work was outstanding . He was helpful, great communication and customer oriented. While I have had my car back for only an hour or so, I feel the work was outstanding . On the other hand, the Conciege was not polite and had not coordinated with my Service Advisor with regards to my communications with him. I still give MBG a 5 Top Star rating More

My service advisor is Jay. My experience with the service department is amazing. It’s stressful when you have to leave your car for who knows how long when it’s being serviced My experience with the service department is amazing. It’s stressful when you have to leave your car for who knows how long when it’s being serviced but, i have to say this maintenance department now is taking care of my service needs. Jay communicates. That right there is everything. More

I paid about $2300 3 days ago to fix suggested repairments. However the car is still making noise when I drove backwards. Tire pressure lamp was on that the I stopped one of the gas stations to fi repairments. However the car is still making noise when I drove backwards. Tire pressure lamp was on that the I stopped one of the gas stations to fix it. Beside that about 1 year 3 months ago I changed all my tires and only used 20.000 miles ( pirelli scorpion tires) and now they suggested me to buy the new one. Are you kidding!!! More
