Well, I contacted Adam in hopes of forming a relationship with someone in the service department, like we have with Robert in the wholesale parts department. We have a small Mercedes repair shop in north Aus with someone in the service department, like we have with Robert in the wholesale parts department. We have a small Mercedes repair shop in north Austin, and we need someone we can work with to assist with clients cars that need work that can only be done at the dealership. We were looking for one point of contact to work with. What I got in response was an email from the GM thanking me for considering my next purchase at the Georgetown dealership. So I don't think Adam truly read my email, nor understood what it was i was looking for. That was a bummer. We love Robert though, and will continue to do business with him as he has always been so helpful to our shop. More

Appointments are made but the wait time is extensive even for minor repairs. You can expect a 4 hr stay for repairs or service.
