Amanda (our service rep), has been absolutely fantastic. Out of all the Mercedes service reps we have had at various Mercedes dealerships in the last 20yrs she has been the best. In particular her attention to detail, quick communications, flexibility, and pure honesty. All around, Amanda has been great to work with. In the past, poor service experience has been a primary driver of us switching brands. And I can confidently say that in this case the service we got from Amanda will be key reason that we end up back in a Mercedes when we are ready to trade in our current Mercedes EQS for another vehicle. I had an appointment today but when I got there I was told that the appointment wasn’t supposed to be scheduled which confused me as I had battery issues and didn’t want to drive all the way back to Kill told that the appointment wasn’t supposed to be scheduled which confused me as I had battery issues and didn’t want to drive all the way back to Killeen with the car in such condition but was seen anyway. I bought my car at Georgetown brand new and paid cash out the door. I value where it shop for cars and I value Mercedes of Georgetown. Things changed for the better after meeting Mrs. Lynette. She restored my confidence in in Mercedes of Georgetown. She went above and beyond to insure that things were done right I can honestly say that I ended up having wonderful visit. More

Thankful to Darryl for acting as my service agent, however it took service almost two weeks to diagnose the problem with my C500 (the check engine light illuminated) I was concerned because only a few however it took service almost two weeks to diagnose the problem with my C500 (the check engine light illuminated) I was concerned because only a few weeks had passed from having completed my scheduled B service and mutilple repairs that was brought to my attention when I brought my car in for this scheduled maintenance. I was extremely disappointed about this and thousands of dollars later ($6800.00) disappointed that I never experienced performance problems with my car and my vehicle never missed a scheduled service. After almost 15 years of being a Mercedes customer, I have finally concluded this C500 will probably be my last Mercedes. This has nothing to do with Darryl, he was very emphatic. I am glad he was available to see me through this ordeal. More
