Great customer service! I was a “walk-in” appointment. My car gave me an alert, indicating a problem. I stopped in, and Dylan immediately helped me out. He got me a loaner ve I was a “walk-in” appointment. My car gave me an alert, indicating a problem. I stopped in, and Dylan immediately helped me out. He got me a loaner vehicle, and he noticed that my car also had a recall that needed to be addressed. He set it all up and sent me on my way. The service department kept in contact with me, updating the status of the repair. When I picked my car up, Dylan helped me transfer things from the loaned back to my car. Thank you, Mercedes of Gilbert! More

New Lease GLC I spoke with Milton on the phone before going to the dealership with some questions that I had regarding the GLC model.
