The front receptionist are always pleasant and attentive! Arnold in sales is beyond wonderful, he makes you forget the typical car buying experience (which we all can relate to in the past). He is reliable and trustworthy. Also my experience with finance was very pleasant, finance dept was diligent and knowledgeable without pushing me to add on services or items. Arnold seems to be two steps ahead when it comes to cus This is the 2nd MB I've purchased with Arnold Lim. His knowledge and experience can't be beat. Arnold seems to be two steps ahead when it comes to customer service. Oh, we need to get the plate off the car...Arnold already did it. I need a new battery for the key fob...Arnold has them. The headlights look a little foggy...Arnold gets the car detailed on the spot. You don't see Arnold's level of customer service and "know how" every day. What a pleasure to work with! Thanks also to Christian and Tara (welcome to the team). We live in Scottsdale so making the 20+ mile trip to Gilbert was only because of Arnold Lim. More
