My husband and I visited Park Place Mercedes Grapevine on 6/18/2019 to check out their pre-owned Certified vehicles especially since our current Merce My husband and I visited Park Place Mercedes Grapevine on 6/18/2019 to check out their pre-owned Certified vehicles especially since our current Mercedes was scheduled for service in Austin on 6/21/2019. Jacob Eisenberg approached us soon after we arrived and due to his friendly, professional demeanor, we actually decided to test drive a vehicle. During the test drive, Jacob was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and we decided to buy. Since we live in Austin, Jacob offered to drive the vehicle to us later in the week and continued to display his willingness to go over and beyond to accommodate our needs. When we picked up the car on Saturday, we had a few last minute requests that Jacob accommodated without a hitch. In the end, we love the car, our buying experience was seamless and Jacob was outstanding! I will definitely buy from Park Place Grapevine again.
