Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After speaking with the dealership team, we’ve learned that your vehicle was brought in for service 5 times. The first service visit was for a suspension issue, which was repaired. The second visit was for a squeak in the seat, which could not be replicated by the service team. The third and fourth visits were for normal vehicle service, and your most recent visit was for a scratch, which was also repaired. You did not indicate that you were in any way unhappy with your vehicle or that you wished to return it. Your husband is currently in talks to trade in his coupe at our dealership location. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you.
