Just $how me the money!!! Purchased a 2015 E 400 coupe in November 2015. After I took it home I noticed a ticking sound in the front right wheel. Three days later I wanted to r Purchased a 2015 E 400 coupe in November 2015. After I took it home I noticed a ticking sound in the front right wheel. Three days later I wanted to return the car and purchase a new vehicle. Scott and his manger would not allow me to return the vehicle. Scott said he wanted me to have the car with the "red" interior. Spoke to his manger and he to did nothing. Mercedes has a policy that allows you to return the car so long as its within 7 days and under 500 miles. I met both criteria and was not allowed to return the car. Mind you I was willing to buy a brand new car. To date this car has been in the shop going on 5 times. I purchase cars every 2-4 years and I assure you I will not ever purchase from Park Place Grapevine. All they care about is getting your money. I get lots of compliments on my car, but I tell people to go to Park Place Fort Worth. Scott was a very nice salesman and so was his manager. They just didn't care about making sure I was happy with my purchase. More

Oil nut or something was not tightened after oil chnage Have bought 3 cars totaling $120k and have had them services there as well. Today, I found that the entire oil was leaking due to a drain plug or some Have bought 3 cars totaling $120k and have had them services there as well. Today, I found that the entire oil was leaking due to a drain plug or something not tightened properly. Oil was lies king while my wife drove it and while it was parked. Waiting for a tow truck to take it back to see how much damage is done to the engine. Very disappointed and will probably have to go to fret lengths to get this corrected. More

Warranty not honored I had a very frustrating experience and I will go to great length to avoid this dealer in the future. I brought my Mercedes Sprinter RV in to have the I had a very frustrating experience and I will go to great length to avoid this dealer in the future. I brought my Mercedes Sprinter RV in to have the A/C system checked. Sure enough they found that the system was 0.5lbs low in refrigerant. Unfortunately, I had to pay for this repair as it cannot be covered by the manufacturers warranty as this is a "conversion van". However, checking the MB warranty guide it mentions that only items added or changed will not be covered. One would think that the standard A/C systems is covered Edgar N. More

When I visited first time , I was interested in white I purchased Mercedez GLA from Bobby and me and husband are so happy to choose this park place . When I visited first time , I was interested in white car , but just few days later , this was sold out . I rushed to visit Bobby again and he introduced another GLA that exactly I was expected , so I didn't lost the opportunity to find my favorite car .
