NOT very good service knowledge I bought my S350 from another dealer. Took it to Park Place Grapevine a few times. After a scheduled maintenance I noticed a strange residue on the tr I bought my S350 from another dealer. Took it to Park Place Grapevine a few times. After a scheduled maintenance I noticed a strange residue on the trunk of the car. I took it a couple of times back to have it cleaned and finally spoke to the service manager who couldn't point what the substance was. I was promised a tank of fuel for the inconvenience and never got it. A few months later had to add blue tech additive. When I removed the spare tire there was A LOT OF ADDITIVE SPILLED ON THE TRUNK OF MY CAR. All over the tire, the rug, the cover, etc. I can't understand why a service manager didn't have the knowledge to check when I first noticed. I added the liquid without any spills, without experience or special tools. Didn't take my car there after that. More
