I won't get into the full story of our horrible experiences with these guys, but I will summarize to say they they don't stand behind their product and they don't understand customer service. They will treat you wonderfully UNTIL you buy the car. Once you buy the car don't ever expect excellent service again. Don't even expect mediocre service - get ready for the worst service. Seriously, head over to Sewell and save yourself the aggravation. More

I was being pressured into buying a "certified" car and had been very clear, several times, that I wanted a brand new car. I was trying to decide between Mercedes and Lexus. I walked in and wanted to look at the showroom but I felt like I wasn't allowed to bc immediately I was taken to an office so that my information and ID could be collected....how awful! I hadn't even decided on a model yet and the salesman along with his manager were only mentioning the used cars and warranty deal. I told them I'd be paying cash and that I was trying to decide between the two brands. They said have a great day and showed me out. I couldn't believe it!!! Lexus in Grapevine is far more professional. Loving my new 2016 Lexus GS 200T! More
Worst experience ever! Bought a used car at night, when we got it home we found out it was not the model listed on the window sticker. It was missing several features they Bought a used car at night, when we got it home we found out it was not the model listed on the window sticker. It was missing several features they typed out saying it had. We had to bring it back where one of the used car managers told us this happens, they take the customers word on the model when they trade in a car. ( I thought they would be experts.). The manager also apologized since they let a car through that was in a wreck. We freaked out, he left can came back saying he was sorry that was a different customer. We reworked the deal to reflect the correct value of the car. The next day it rained and we noticed the auto wipers did not work, and there was wind noise from the back door. We took it into a different dealership under the Park Place name. After a week, they let us know that the windshield was after market and that the car had been in a wreck. While all of this was happening we kept getting rejection letters from banks with reasons why we were rejected credit. Stating things like, the bank does not offer the term requested, or no sales amount was included. We went to a different Park Place dealership that took back the car as a trade, and we had to purchase a different car. My credit score was an 805 when we started, it dropped to 710 buy the time we were done. I will never do business here again. More
