We would like to sincerely apologize for the unfortunate misunderstanding you experienced. The trim we advertised in our listing was in fact listed in error. Additionally, our Pre-Owned Sales Manager, in a case of mistaken identity, believed that the vehicle you purchased had been in an accident once you returned to the dealership to point out the listing issue. After the sale, we agreed to pay for a few additional repairs at the Volvo store, at which time Volvo discovered that your vehicle had in fact been in an accident. When this came to light, you wanted to trade out of the vehicle. We made the arrangements to do so and to pay the Volvo shop bill. Again, we apologize for everything you experienced and we will use our feedback to improve our operations.
