Most Amazing Car Buying Experience I have to say (and have told many friends and work associates) that working with Justin Beck was THE most pleasant car buying experience that I have e I have to say (and have told many friends and work associates) that working with Justin Beck was THE most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had! Justin met me (in the rain) several weeks ago when I visited the Park Place Grapevine dealership. He listened to my needs in a Mercedes SUV, and then promptly located just the right car with the desired features and color. We discussed price, options, etc. and throughout the entire ‘shopping’ process, Justin demonstrated wonderful product knowledge, and patiently answered my questions about car feature details. As we completed the deal, I noted that a work assignment would have me out of town all the following week. Justin arranged a loaner Mercedes vehicle for the reminder of my weekend, then took my to the Airport the following Monday to catch my flight. He even offered to pick me up at the airport at week’s end and bring me to the dealership so that I could take delivery of my new Mercedes SUV. I had already arranged alternate transportation from the airport to the dealership, but talk about Customer Service!! Wow! Justin spent a significant amount of time showing me around the Park Place Grapevine dealership, the service bays, and operations beyond the show room to make sure I was familiar and comfortable with the support and service portion of the site. This is a VERY well-maintained and well-lighted facility, as you would expect. Justin followed up with after I picked up my new SUV to see if I had any questions about the car, and has told me to give him a call anytime I have a question about the car or need any information. He is an amazing resource and I would highly recommend Justin for anyone considering a Mercedes! More

My reason for compartmentalizing the Grapevine operations is; even though; I live four minutes from the Fort Worth store;it is the Grapevine store that makes me feel special each time I visit, whether it's for service,a car wash or auto purchasing. Every employee greets you with a smile and a hello. The place is warm and inviting. Phillip Edwards was my go to guy for the second transaction in four years. He's a patient,knowledgeable and caring professional. And speaking about service after the sale is an understatement! He and his team is off the charts when it comes to accommodations. The salesman flat out lied about feature Let me preface this review by saying, I am a intelligent, highly educated, patient and sweet business woman. The salesman flat out lied about features on the vehicle to get me to come there. When asked about price, he refused to discuss it because I expressed the vehicle wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Once I convinced him to talk price, he flippantly offered $500 for the trade in, without even knowing or looking at what I drove and said he wouldn't negotiate the price of the new (used) car at all. He was completely rude. At that point I wouldn't have bought the car if he came down $5k. More

Not only did he just give me one or two options, but when I arrived to Park Place to meet with him he had 5 different vehicles waiting to be test drived. Not once did he try to sell me something I didn't need, or push me just so I would buy a car. He was the most honest and pleasant car "salesman" I have ever delt with. I will only be using him from now on! More
