He was professional on the phone and a pleasure to work with which made for a very pleasant buying experience, I highly recommend him. He took care of all the paperwork ahead of time since I was flying in from CA, he picked me up at the airport, gave a very detailed review of the car controls back at the dealership, arranged to have my phone synced with the car so my Bluetooth worked and patiently answered all my questions. I had exceptional service from Darrin and he put me in a car that fit my criteria. Darrin was very down to earth and very professional. We also found time to laugh and make jokes in the process which made my experience very personable. He made sure my car was ready for pick up the following day since I was leaving out of town at the end of the weekend. We have owned MANY cars and trucks - including various brands of "luxury" cars. I've never really understood why the business of car sales couldn't be handled more professionally. Finally, we happened onto a dealership that seems to "get it" when it comes to overall experience. Darrin, and all of the other employees we worked with, made this selection and buying process easy and enjoyable. His low-key, friendly, earnest demeanor was refreshing. We enjoyed working with him and are confident we can turn to him for assistance whenever we might need it. Car buying is not just about price but also service after the sale. We bought a Mercedes Benz because we knew their quality from having previously owned one. People should not assume that MBs are out of their reach financially. If you're going to spend "X" on a car, get the best one you can buy for that amount. More

We tried every brand of vehicle and compared pricing and notes, and came back to this dealership and this brand because it offered a very nice vehicle for a fair price and had fabulous sales people. Darrin was very laid back and not pushy, he answered our questions honestly and that brought us back for several test drives before we decided on what we wanted.
