We had an outstanding experience with the folks at Park Place Motorcars in Grapevine! Our family had two Mercedes and mine, a 2010 ML 350, was totaled in an accident. Thanks to Greg Cinicolo at Mercedes Bodywerks, we were able to claim a total loss on my car and began shopping for a replacement. Mani Yassan was our sales consultant and he was absolutely fantastic! He always answered his phone, returned calls in a very timely manner, and diligently searched to help us locate a vehicle to meet our requests. Above everything else, he was such a kind gentleman who made me feel as if I was his most important customer. He quickly found several options for us. In the end we ended up buying a new 2013 ML 350 which is even better than my previous vehicle with even more safety features. Kudos to Debbie Watts for her professional and personal business skills. She had everything prepared before we arrived in her office and thanks to her hard work we had completed the paperwork for the sale in less than 15 minutes. She was very thorough and didn't miss one detail. I would like to also extend a special thank you to Joseph Turner. Our family was in a situation where we had to purchase a vehicle out of necessity. He offered us a better price than we could have ever expected. Many times people in the same situation as ours could have been taken advantage of, but instead we were extended a warm handshake and we were truly taken care of! After the sale Mani gave me a two hour lesson on how to operate the vehicle. Our family has been and will continue to be loyal customers at Park Place Motorcars. Mr. Marshall was very patient and considerate with us when we visited the dealership. We were "just looking" and had not expected to find anyone working late on a Sat. night. Mr. Marshall greeted us with enthusiasm and made himself available to us without concern for the late hour. He worked with us for several hours until we found just the right car at the right price. He stayed an additional hour past closing to be certain that we were not only satisfied with our car but made sure we were given the best interest rate possible through the dealership. He was always professional, never pushy, and was very helpful by answering all our questions regarding the model we chose. This is our first Mercedes and we had a lot of questions! Mr. Marshall was very knowledgeable regarding the various models and took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for in a used car. He explained, in great detail, the extras that came with the model we chose. A few days later I brought the car back and he further explained ALL the interior details of the car and even washed the car himself. We could not have chosen a better dealership or a better salesman!!! Kudos to Mr. Marshall! We'll be buying our next car from you in the future! I was surprised by the ease of my sale. I never expected that such a high quality, certified vehicle with maintance plan AND warranty could fit within my budget. You've seen car buying process, and Sales-people (new and used cars) - needless to say: its not exactly a fun going thru car buying process! You be sure to change this opinion once you've met Rock. Hard to believe car purchasing/leasing could be this friendly and supportive until you've met the "Rock" at Park Place Mercedes @ Grapevine! In buying/leasing our first new E-350, Rock heard our concerns, paid attention to budget needs/limits, and took into consideration wife's car requirements, and then found a wonderful vehicle (in fact, he got us the top of the line E350 with P1, 4Matic, and the whole 9-yards), that too within our very stringent budget requirements. Our intent was to purchase an E-350, but we both realized - Mercedes don't make them a lot of E350s, nor make them at Accord prices either. So, Rock guided thru us with detailed process of leasing it instead (we always "bought" cars, never leased a car in whole life., understandably how cautious we are to the idea of "leasing"). Rock took time thru his Lunch hours, and over 3+ days found an excellent E350 - that he could fit in our monthly budget. Rock went "out-of-the-way" to bat for our needs while still keeping within our budget. Hard to believe how much he batted for us to assist us thru this process and make it as seamless, friendly as possible. Most importantly - I commend "Rock" for patiently taking care of our concerns, and asking right questions to make right selection of vehicle - and more importantly giving us enough time and "nights" to think it thru and think it over without any sales pressure. We basically chose the car, and options etc - he then "batted" on our behalf with Glass-doors (big managers) to present our case and win the sale. Consider "Rock" as if you have an "ally" in car buying, rather than thinking him as a typical "Car salesman". On top of this - he educated and helped us thru the "fun" fact of prepaid options (we took Pre-Paid Maintenance, 3 services;) and how great it works in Leasing. Debbie, the finance manager was the friendliest Finance manager one would meet. Could it be that - all the folks at Park Place are this good? Sure hope so! We will add an update to this review - after going thru a service or two. We sure came-out positively IMPRESSED, you "Rock" ! More
I drove three hours from Shreveport, LA to look at a car here in order to make a purchase decision. I deliberately chose not to purchase a car at the MB dealership in Shreveport. Park Place Motors exceede here in order to make a purchase decision. I deliberately chose not to purchase a car at the MB dealership in Shreveport. Park Place Motors exceeded my highest expectations. I was extremely fortunate to get Sean Hayes as my salesperson. He gave me the best car buying experience of my life. I completely recommend this dealer and this salesperson. Sean has followed up with me several times, been courteous, friendly, prompt and he did what he said he would do. I saved several thousand dollars compared to a lesser equipped MB I was considering in Shreveport. My only two regrets, that I don't get Sean Hayes every time I need or want something from a dealership and that I cannot use Park Place every time I need a service call. It is tempting to drive to Grapevine from Shreveport and I just might do it for my service needs. Hands down the best car dealership experience I have ever had. I have been buying cars for 38 years and this is my third MB. It won't be my last from this dealer. I purchased from Park Place because of the customer service experience, the price, and the overall value. More

I bring my GL 450 weekly to be washed and all the employees are extremely friendly. I feel the service department checks my vehicle closely so that I am safe on the road. This is very comforting. Sean Hayes delivered the paperwork to the house to sign for my wife's convenience, due to her schedule overnight at the hospital with several consecutive days, remarkable! Coming from a background in service oriented business, Gaylord Texan Resort, I understand the culture. Sean made the sale seamless, noticed minor flaws in the vehicle and addressed those before I even had to ask. The ability to anticipate needs and work on meeting the specific needs for each individual is what makes Sean and this dealership above the 5 stars I can give. When Sean was off Curtis Walker made sure the car and my needs where met in the same fashion. Kudos, once again to Park Place on never being satisfied with the status quo and constantly improving. The satisfaction of buying a true luxury automoblie was actually enhanced by a sales force that went out of its way to see that we got the right vehicle, not just one that happened to be sitting on the lot at the time of our visit. This customer-oriented approach was personified by Tony Bedford. It's a true pleasure to deal with someone who is extremely knowledgeable of the product, who has a vast amount of patience for the uninformed, and who enjoys doing his job well. It's easy to understand why Tony has been selling Mercedes for so long at one dealership - he's exceptionally good at it. If you're looking to buy a new luxury car but are unsure how to start I would recommend giving him a call. I think you'll thank me. More
