Service & agreement on car to buy went fast & well; however, as we were waiting for the financial department, it took over 45 minutes of waiting, and then only were met after talking to the manag well; however, as we were waiting for the financial department, it took over 45 minutes of waiting, and then only were met after talking to the manager. Somewhere, the ball was dropped and no one asked if we needed help, without going to the manager first. Also I brought the car in for service the next week, appt made by Jonathan, and then he wasn't even there when I arrived, appt was for 10:00, he got there at 10:15. I love my car, but may go to another Mercedes dealer next time. More

I have purchased cars from Park Place in Dallas for a few years now. I saw an E550 online that I really liked and contacted my salesperson at the Dallas location. Quite unusual for a salesperson to refer you to someone else but Park Place really does care about the customer. Marty was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had it pulled up front when I arrived. I took it for a test drive and loved it. Needless to say, I left with the car. There were a couple of items that needed to be moved from my trade-in to this car and Marty personally handled every aspect. I appreciate is attention to detail. More
