I arrived in the US after two years working in the ME tired and exhausted from a lengthy international flight. After an exhaustive and quite unpleasant search with a local dealership I found a vehicle of interest at Park Place Motorcars Grapevine. I phoned Park Place at 8:55 am Saturday morning and no one answered the phone; I hung up not leaving a message and within 10 minutes, to my surprise, Darrin Cline returned my phone call and asked if he could be of service regarding a new vehicle. I explained that I had reviewed an on-line advertisement for an automobile that I was interested in and if I could get information on the automobile. Darrin immediately searched his data base for the car, located it and told me that he would have it parked out front when I arrived within the next two hours. As he said, the beautiful car was parked out front when I arrived. Darrin took me for a test drive and within 30 minutes we agreed to the financial terms of purchase. Darrin was professional, patient, informative, courteous and unassuming.
