When we first visited your dealership we were looking at cedrtified pre-owned vehicles. Scott went out of his way to try and find something my picky wife would like, unfortunately nothing in inventory match cedrtified pre-owned vehicles. He followed up as any great sales person would to try and get us back into the dealership. His persistance paid off and we came in on a Saturday that he was off, which is when we met Don, who found exactly what she wanted: Silver E-350, Tan Interior, with the panoramic sun roof. Bad part for me was only in a 2013. I have always admired those vehicles on the road, so Don and Scott went to work and made it happen. I am extremely excited to know that we should have little or no out of pocket expense due to the great job explaining the extended warranty and service pre-paid options. Please let Leadership know that they have at least three very capable people working at their dealership. I'm sure the rest are just as good, but I have not had the opportunity to meet any one else at this point. More

Tom Titus was great. He met us outside. I explained what I was looking for and we chose a vehicle within 20 minutes. After driving around DFW looking for a vehicle this was such a relief. The service we experienced was without exception. My 11 yr old said on the way home,"Daddy, we need to tell everyone about Tom and they should buy there cars only at Park Place.". Not kidding. I've spoken to Tom several times since we bought the vehicle. He talks to you like an old friend. Unless out of my control I will only purchase my next vehicles here. A quick note about Parrish Michener. He helped with the financing portion. Went through everything thoroughly but quickly and we never felt pressured to "add on" anything. Thanks to everyone! More

Doug Prince worked with me to get a deal made on the car I wanted at a price I don't think would have been matched at any other local dealer. All paperwork was ready to complete the sale when my wife and I arrived at the dealership , with a finance rate that could not be beaten either. All employees were friendly and courteous, offering assistance whenever we even looked as if we needed it. Althuogh we didn't have much time to enjoy the facility, we found it to be attractive, clean, and comfortable. Doug's assistant Charles Lane did a good job of explaning as many of the unique systems as we could absorb in one sitting and followed up the next day to see how we were doing.
