This was a overall 5 until about 10 minutes ago. My car buying plans were "brought forward" primarily because of the professionalism and overall experience with Park Place and Joey in particular. However,Joey's promptness in getting in touch with me after I made enquiries on line went a long way in wining my confidence that I was dealing here not with a rapacious car salesman but a professional. His manner was always easy to deal with, not overbearing , thorough and quite amiable. He has been most accommodating and has gone well beyond to complete this sale without me even thinking twice. Wonderful experience! I seen the car online- sent an inquiry about got a call within 5-10 min. Before I got to the dealer to check out the vehicle it was pulled up and ready to go!!
