What I most like about the dealership is that you get a "welcomed" feeling as opposed to the "stuffy" atmosphere that I have experienced at other Mercedes dealership (Dallas). I felt like the entire sales team wanted to see me pleased with my new car. We also stayed very late after closing and the staff never missed a beat. So kudos to John Hennes Chris in Finance, Mike Mcallister and the lady that helped us in finance. Excellent Customer Service is a standard that most businesses strive to uphold.
