We originally went in to purchase a new vehicle. Just happen to meet Val on our way in the door. She introduced us to the idea of buying a slightly used Mercedes from their loaner fleet. The GLE-350 4-matic has the features we wanted, and did not have those features that we did not want such as running boards, extra large sun roof, etc. Val took care of all the details, did what she said she would do, and we got the vehicle we wanted for a great price. Thanks!
