I took my S550 to be serviced on Jul 26 and due to me living nearly 2 hrs away the vehicle was left at the service department for Service B which is extensive and costly. Upon getting to the service depa living nearly 2 hrs away the vehicle was left at the service department for Service B which is extensive and costly. Upon getting to the service department to pick up my vehicle on July 30th after a walk around the car I got into the vehicle to discover my windshield wiper fluid had not been replaced( nothing came out when the button was pushed that releases it). Being that all fluids were to checked and replaced - this finding was alarming..The service assistant manager took the vehicle back to have windshield wiper fluid placed and nearly one hour later the vehicle was brought back to me. At this point I had been at the dealership for over 1 hour, been passed around to two different service advisors/assistant mangers and had already paid, so when my car was brought back to me after the windshield fluid was replaced- I just checked that the windshield fluid had been replaced and did not do a second walk around the car..On the way home I stopped at a gas station for gas and upon looking at my tires and rims I noticed that the center oval portion of my right passenger back rim piece had been replaced with a silver one instead of the original.silver and blue center piece that was on the rim when I brought the vehicle in for service. Being that originally prior to me sending the vehicle back because of them not replacing my windshield fluid, it is my belief that the switching of the right rear passenger center piece of the rim was done to be malicious. I brought my well maintained,.clean, S550 for service, with all parts working and everything matching to leave with mismatched rim parts.I am very upset and disappointed with the service I received and how I was treated. I called back to the dealership, but they had already closed. I will be contacting management about this. I brought my car from this dealership when it was Park Place and had good service encounters here, this time was terrible and unacceptable. More
