Russ has waited 12 yrs to sell us another Benz. He is personable/patient/ great with customers. Wouldn't think of buying a Benz from anyone else. John made the transaction almost painless. He was funny and explained the benefits of extra coverage well. Back to Russ: we had 2 MB's. Sold the 12 yr old sports car to son. The 24 yr old car needed repair and that's the only reason we decided on a new one. The old one is a diesel and a great car. Having repaired and will make decision about keeping. But due to reliability of Benz we saw no reason to get a new one. As I said there was never a doubt when the time came where to go and who to deal with. Just Russ! He goes out of his way for client satisfaction. That extra mile!
