Visited Mercedes to get my car serviced, my agent was Chad and he was AMAZING. Very professional, charismatic and personable, he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. He placed me in a 2025 GLC30 Chad and he was AMAZING. Very professional, charismatic and personable, he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. He placed me in a 2025 GLC300 loaner and I loved it so much that when I returned it, I told Chad I’m going to buy one today. He took me to Val, whom is also WONDERFUL. She is so sweet and caring, she’s like the sister you never had. When I say these two went ABOVE & BEYOND, they did just that! I honestly can’t say enough about these two and their customer service is beyond top tier!! They’re my sister and brother from another mother, lol. Needless to say, after I took home my new car, I brought my 23rd old daughter back to Val to purchase her a new Mercedes as well!!!
