Though my service rep was excellent, I took my GLS450 in for a wheel alignment, balance, tire rotation and to check the air pressure. I mentioned that my tire sensor was on because I had driven from Mississ for a wheel alignment, balance, tire rotation and to check the air pressure. I mentioned that my tire sensor was on because I had driven from Mississippi to Texas and my tires had taken a beaten. I specifically asked if they could check the air in my tires and reset the sensor. My adviser was very apologetic and unsure why the service technician did not reset the sensor. What may seem like a minor oversight made me wonder if the service that I had paid almost $400 was even performed. I'm thankful for Mitzi, because she reassured me that the service was done and gave me a suggestion on getting the tire sensor reset. Though it is an inconvenience and I would not recommend the dealership for service, they do have a great selection of vehicles and other good qualities. Sincerely, Toni T. More
