But when I was hit from behind and took it in for repair...... a completely different experience!! It has now been OVER 2 MONTHS and my car is still held hostage. Thus far, only 3 personal conversations with repair Liason. She blamed the other drivers insurance company...yes, service on both ends less then acceptable. The insurance company took care of their part but Parkplace continues to say one thing and do another. This has been and continues (still don’t have my car) to be a complete nightmare all around!!! I will never use them for service again and definitely re-thinking purchasing my next vehicle there after all of this! More
Negligent staff I have taken my E350 twice now. The first time was for knock sensors to be replaced ($2,000). When I picked up my vehicle I noticed a new door ding I have taken my E350 twice now. The first time was for knock sensors to be replaced ($2,000). When I picked up my vehicle I noticed a new door ding on the passenger side. Not what I'd expect from a service center that charges a premium price for their service. One year later the car is leaking oil and I take it to the dealership to get fixed ($3,000). It took a total of 2 weeks before my car was even ready for me to pick up. When I picked it up sure enough there was more damage to my vehicle. This time it's a huge scrape on the bumper and when I told their service manager all I have gotten are promises. Promised to send me footage of their cameras so we can determine how to move forward. I have yet to receive anything other than a thank you for contacting us. Denette Norlie is the service manager and she is extremely rude and will not give you the unwavering commitment that they like to advertise. I have forwarded e-mails to Robert Hinkle (general manager) and Stephen Rand (service director). Still have not heard from anyone. Take your Mercedes to German Drive in Keller, TX (817) 562-5841. They have a 4.8 star rating out 5 on google! More

After a scheduled maintenance I noticed a strange residue on the trunk of the car. I took it a couple of times back to have it cleaned and finally spoke to the service manager who couldn't point what the substance was. I was promised a tank of fuel for the inconvenience and never got it. A few months later had to add blue tech additive. When I removed the spare tire there was A LOT OF ADDITIVE SPILLED ON THE TRUNK OF MY CAR. All over the tire, the rug, the cover, etc. I can't understand why a service manager didn't have the knowledge to check when I first noticed. I added the liquid without any spills, without experience or special tools. Didn't take my car there after that. More

I purchased an SUV SLK 350 from Cory Bedford. From the beginning of the purchasing process until I drove away took probably a couple of weeks total. I enjoyed dealing with Cory and found him straight forward, informative and received explanations for every question asked. I could not have asked for anyone to have been more friendly, helpful and professional in purchasing the car. Hence, we take both of our vehicles in for maintenance. I have never had a problem and leave very satisfied. The atmosphere is friendly and I so enjoy working with Brittany in the service department. I am a pleased customer. More

The service guy did a full walk around even looked at my tires but claims my car was too dirty to see dings and it was not their fault. I wish I read this forum first and saw the awful reviews and history they have. My fault for trusting the park place brand and being too busy in life to check every detail I guess. I paid $700 for my service and get a door ding what a bargain. More

I had my car in for a quote on the breaks & decided not to have the service performed to the price. I live over an hour away, being that it was 4pm when I received the quote. I asked to return the loan car the next morning when they opened. She advised me that, "if we had known you were going to do this, we wouldn't have given you a loan car. We need those for customers that have service here." I asked to speak with a manager who was very polite. He allowed me to return the Lon car the next morning. When I went to get my car, she lost my paperwork. After reprinting it, I could hear her speaking badly about me to another employee in the hallway by her office. I will never use her again. Very unprofessional. More

Waiting for a tow truck to take it back to see how much damage is done to the engine. Very disappointed and will probably have to go to fret lengths to get this corrected. More

I brought my Mercedes Sprinter RV in to have the A/C system checked. Sure enough they found that the system was 0.5lbs low in refrigerant. Unfortunately, I had to pay for this repair as it cannot be covered by the manufacturers warranty as this is a "conversion van". However, checking the MB warranty guide it mentions that only items added or changed will not be covered. One would think that the standard A/C systems is covered Edgar N. More
