I first start Stentz at Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich. This was easily one of the smoothest and most effortless car-buying experiences I have ever had. I first started speaking with Devin about the GLS 450 only the day before yesterday, and within roughly 24 hours I had the car in my hands. The amazing part is that almost the entire process was handled remotely. I have a busy work schedule and really did not want to spend hours sitting in a dealership negotiating, doing paperwork, and going back and forth. Devin understood that immediately and made everything incredibly easy. We handled the details by phone and text, he was extremely responsive, answered every question I had, worked through the paperwork and even dealt with an unexpected DMV issue without making it my problem. By the time I actually came in, everything was essentially done. I showed up, finished what needed to be finished, and drove away in my new GLS 450. What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured or like I was being “sold” something. Devin was straightforward, efficient, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with.
