That immediately made me want to work with Joe and gave the dealership an advantage over the others I was considering. It was a smart approach that benefited both of us. Joe was always pleasant to work with, answering the phone every single time with a positive, upbeat attitude. He was accommodating throughout the process and genuinely worked to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. He worked very hard to make it happen, but was overly pushy like others in this industry! Occasionally, a few questions I sent by email got lost in the shuffle, but whenever I followed up, he was responsive and did his best to get me the answers I needed. Overall, the buying experience was straightforward and enjoyable. I would definitely consider working with Joe and MB Greenwich again when it's time for my next vehicle. More
I recently purchased a used Mercedes-Benz from this dealership, and the after-sales experience has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. What should have been a straightforward transaction has turned into an ongoing headache. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, I quickly discovered that several items that were supposed to be included with the car were missing, but the sales person told me those were not included in that model year. After speaking directly with the prior owner, it was clear these accessories and components should have been transferred as part of the sale because they left them with the car when they turned it in. Even more frustrating is the complete failure on the vehicle registration services they were supposed to handle. They provided a temporary registration that has now expired, leaving me with an unregistered vehicle I cannot legally drive. Despite multiple follow-up calls and messages left with the sales team, no one has returned my calls. It's been radio silence for weeks. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz. I expected professional service, transparency, and accountability — especially on something as critical as registration. Instead, I've been left stranded with a car I can't use properly and no support from the dealership that sold it to me. The only response I got from my sales person when I called a few weeks ago was just continue to drive it and if I get pulled over just tell the cop what is going on. So he is telling me to just break the law and run the risk of getting a ticket, missing work and getting my car towed. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this location to proceed with extreme caution and try to handle all post-sale paperwork yourself.
