I was shopping for a particular car across the east coast, was a bit time-pressed, knew pretty much what I wanted and for how much and just needed to decided on where to buy it. I needed a well coordinated contemporary approach to understanding the car’s condition, communications and setting the price, making sure the purchase transaction was flawless. High expectations when car shopping. MBG made it happen (and surpassed alternative dealers in the process). A special thanks to: John Aizarani, Sales Consultant, who made things happen. He nailed it. Perfectly. It just doesn’t get any better than this. He was quick and efficient sale with excellent pre-sale, during and post-sale communications (by e-mail, text, voicemail, etc. followed by the test drive Q&A and much much more). He sent photos, was straight-forward with the condition of the car, came to a fair price, customized the paperwork, greeted me on time (I flew in), had the car ready and more. John’s the best I’ve experienced and I recommend him entirely. Just picked up my CLS 550 4matic, outstanding experience all the way around. Barry Penske, the salesman, was great. I bought a Lexus LS460 from this dealership. I purchased this car online and asked the dealer if there was any body damage to the car. Once I received the car, there was body scratches to both side of the c this car online and asked the dealer if there was any body damage to the car. Once I received the car, there was body scratches to both side of the car. The dealer stated that he didn't see the damage but it was clearly obvious and he decided not to say anything. Then he said that they would cover the cost of repair to the damage of the car but after me calling a bunch of times over a period of six months, Tim Judge always gave me the run around. I would definitely not do business with them again and I suggest that you go to a dealership with more integrity and better customer services. More
I purchased a C300 In December 2011, and the car came with only one key, I was told by the sales person that the key will be fedexed to me the folowing week, since then i have been calling the dealer shi with only one key, I was told by the sales person that the key will be fedexed to me the folowing week, since then i have been calling the dealer ship every week and have been told the key was mailed to your house did't you get it, I ordered it you will receive it, I have it with me i will mail it to you, My Sales Manager (Steve has it Please hold i will get it from him, Call me in the morning i will have it for you, etc etc etc. I called the dealership today and spoke to John Matthew who transfered to Steve and his mail box was not set up and could not accept amy messages at thios time It's been 2 and a half months and i yet have to see my second key, Is this the service that is provided by a certified MB Dealer, Bottom line i need my key and I want it now. Please Help. More

Very good experience at this dealership. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly and not too pushy. Worked with our needs and provided exactly what we needed at a fair deal.
