We were looking for a late model S550 and recently purchased one at MB of Greenwich. It was an excellent experience and we were totally satisfied with the result. We are very fussy people, detail-oriented and we do our homework in situations like this. We had a short list of items to be corrected and they satisfied us on each and every item. One instance involved a small amount of painting, and Steve indicated that he was not happy with the result, even though we had not detected it. They redid the work. When we took delivery, Steve gave us an in depth review of the car and programmed it to our needs. The Sales Manager, Business Manager and everyone else there went out of their way to insure that we were happy and satisfied customers. All in all, it was an excellent experience and we would definitely purchase another car from them. By the way, this will be the 6th MB we have owned. More
