I called Tuesday to make an appointment to service my SL63 AMG I left message for Pleurat than I called Joe Carbonell on his cell phone to say hello and see what is he doing. He answered the phone, afte SL63 AMG I left message for Pleurat than I called Joe Carbonell on his cell phone to say hello and see what is he doing. He answered the phone, after Greeting, I asked him if the service department is open, he said yes with skeleton crews. Than he put Robidio Palencia on the phone and he gives me next day appointment and I got there he greeted me and offered me loaner or ride I said no thank you. I had my wife to pick me up.
