Rotimi was my salesman he was excellent. But everything after the sale has been a problem communication is non-existent to explain on Friday the day after I got my car they went to the regis But everything after the sale has been a problem communication is non-existent to explain on Friday the day after I got my car they went to the registry and had trouble with the plates the sales manager called me and said there was a problem and to call me as soon as possible which I did. This problem didn't affect me right away because I was away for the weekend but come Monday I expected the plates delivered before noon which is what I was told I kept calling the dealership they must have recognized my phone number cuz nobody would answer the phone! Over and above that I was now texting and calling rotimi and not getting any response! Finally I got a phone call from Corey who is bringing me plates at 5:00 p.m. Monday night. First problem solved it just took a long time and no communication. Today I went to service to go get the inspection done and they asked me if on top of the inspection I wanted my car washed I said sure so they said it was going to take about an hour to do both things no problem I'll sit there. An hour and a half later I had to go looking for my car, I needed to go to work, some poor guy came to me with my keys and I thanked him and then I looked at the car it had never been washed! I sat there all that time for 15 minutes inspection sticker! Then they offered to take my car for a wash then but I have to go to work I'm expected to do my job! Very disappointing with the whole communication of this company. More
