BUYER BEWARE! I had the worst car buying experience of my life with Mercedes-Benz of Hanover! While they may treat their customers buying a new Mercedes like gol I had the worst car buying experience of my life with Mercedes-Benz of Hanover! While they may treat their customers buying a new Mercedes like gold, I purchased a 3 year old BMW X5 hybrid that they received on trade and was lied to even before I drove the 1 1/2 hours to their dealership! When i asked if they thought the car was worth the drive, their response "we're a flagship Mercedes dealer and wouldn't sell any car that doesn't meet our high quality standards". That was lie #1. Lie #2, before I drove there the business manager estimated the trade-in for my car to be between $3k - $5k. After they got me there, they offered me $1k for my car with no negotiation on my trade in or the price they were asking for the BMW. Lie #3, I asked if the brakes were checked so that i didn't find out i needed new brakes as soon as i got the car home. Surprise, surprise, within the first 2 days of having the car, i felt the brakes pulsating and also noticed that the brake fluid flush notification was on. Day 2 of owning the car and i spent $350 on the brake flush. When I called Mercedes to tell them i needed new brake pads and rotors, they ignored my calls (4 of them) and messages (3 of them) until after i decided to have the work done at my own expense. Luckily i brought it to BMW and they were able to cover it under warranty. Lie #4, 3 different people at Mercedes were apparently on vacation all at the same time and couldn't get back to me. When someone finally did get back to me and i told them there was also a mechanical issue with the hatch and i need a new transfer case! Yes, a new transfer case on a 3 year old car! At this point, since everything was covered under the 4k miles I had left on the warranty, i asked Mercedes to give me the extended warranty on the car in case anything else went wrong after it was out of warranty. Their reply, "it would cost us $6,000 and we can't afford to lose that much money on a used car! The icing on the cake was when they told me they would be able to "give me a good deal on a trade" if i wanted to trade the BMW in for a Mercedes! They had the nerve to not just take the car back and give me what i paid for it 3 weeks prior! The final blow and lie #5 was that it took 48 days to receive a small refund for a service i changed my mind on, because, their finance manager was out for a week on vacation!! This dealership is as bad as those cheesy used car dealers from the 70s. Don't say i didn't warn you... More

He was easy-going and flexible with working with his team to Work towards an agreeable lease agreement. Things went so well I was able to leave same day with my new car! More
