We bought 2024 GLE350 with 9,000 miles on it and it took almost a year for them to get us a second key. Today, my wife took her car in for service for the first time at 15,000 miles after putting 6,000 mil almost a year for them to get us a second key. Today, my wife took her car in for service for the first time at 15,000 miles after putting 6,000 miles on it. The dealership decided on their own to do the 20,000 mile Service B on it even though she still had another 5k miles to go. So she walked out of there today with a bill for $1100. This service costs different amounts depending on what part of the country you are from and can range from around $650 to $1200 depending on what they do AND how greedy they want to get. In other words, they can charge you whatever profit margin they want and Hanover Mercedes decided to stick it to us. So, we paid the bill and took our lesson. Now, we will take the rest of our service appointments to an independent that doesn't try and rake their customers over the coals like Hanover Mercedes. More

First time at MB hanover. I scheduled an appt with service after getting a notification in my car. When i arrived I was asked what service I was scheduled for. I said I wasn I scheduled an appt with service after getting a notification in my car. When i arrived I was asked what service I was scheduled for. I said I wasn't sure, I was getting a service B notice. Without them even looking at my car, I was handed a paper to chose 1 of 3 services ranging from $699-$899. When I called my husband, to ask him, he said “you just need an oil change.” I wasnt even given that option. While waiting for my oil change. I was approached by a salesman who was asked me if he could do a value estimate on my vehicle. When I said no thank you, ok but we are “only offering this today”. It was my first time there and was I almost misled into a buying a serve package I didnt need and pressured to buy another car. I wont be serving my vehicle there in the future. More
