First time at MB hanover. I scheduled an appt with service after getting a notification in my car. When i arrived I was asked what service I was scheduled for. I said I wasn't sure, I was getting a service B notice. Without them even looking at my car, I was handed a paper to chose 1 of 3 services ranging from $699-$899. When I called my husband, to ask him, he said “you just need an oil change.” I wasnt even given that option. While waiting for my oil change. I was approached by a salesman who was asked me if he could do a value estimate on my vehicle. When I said no thank you, ok but we are “only offering this today”. It was my first time there and was I almost misled into a buying a serve package I didnt need and pressured to buy another car. I wont be serving my vehicle there in the future. More
